VENKATESWARAA INSULATION is a partnership firm located in Alapakkam Industrial Estate, Chennai, India, established in the year 1998 founded by Mr.C.M.Shanmuga Sundram, CEO.

With determination and hard work, Venkateswaraa Insulation has grown into one of the leading self-adhesive foams and rubber based custom built products manufacturers in Chennai, India. We are having the reputation for producing excellent quality custom-built self-adhesive foam and packaging products at competitive prices and delivering the goods on-time.

Our facilities include Semi-automatic adhesive coating machine, Automatic die punching machine and automatic pouch sealing machines. Our production capacity is large enough to produce 75,000 – 1,00,000 components every day with total built up area of around 30,000 Sq.ft.. At present, we are operating our unit with one shift and a general shift to meet our customer’s requirements and still we can two more shifts for the future requirements of the customers.

Our management team are well capable to understand our buyers needs and execution done through our dedicated skilled production team. Around sixty labours both skilled and semi-skilled are working round the clock to meet our production targets.

Our products include single side and double side self-adhesive foams and rubber based custom built products in both roll and sheet form, made of XLPE, XPE, IXPE, IXPP, PU all grades, EVA, PVC, EPDM, NBR, PVC-NBR, Nitrile Rubber, Butyl Rubber, Silicone sponge, PET Felt, Reticulated Foam, Compressed Felt Board, Butyl Tapes,Neoprene, poron (High density polyurethane), PTFE etc., with wide range in density and PP+PET Thinsulate Nonwoven in various GSM. Our packaging products include bubble covers with and without EPE foams made of medium density polyethylene, EPE foam bags and felt products.
